Silambarsan’s character in Osthi is called Vel Murugan, says a source from Kollywood. The star essays the role that Salman Khan did in the original version Dabangg. To fit in the role of the cop, STR is hitting the gym and is said to be doing vigorous exercises to tone up his physique.Osthi has Sonu Sood playing the villain while Jithan Ramesh plays Silambaransan’s brother. The film is directed by Dharani. Richa Gangpadhyay plays STR’s arm candy in Osthi. Thaman has scored the music for this flick.
