Sequel for "Punjabi House".

Are our script writers and directors running out of ideas? Going by the way sequels are being planned in the industry it definitely seems to be the case. 
The latest news is that a sequel to the hit film 'Punjabi House' is being planned. Its rumoured that Rafi and Mecartin who had scripted the original film have come up with a couple of very interesting ideas, one of which would be accepted by Dileep. 'Punjabi House'was released in 1998 and was a runaway hit. 
While a sequel to the hit film is being planned, the one person who would be dearly missed would be Cochin Haneefa who played a key role in the film.
