Popular Tamil actress Sonia Agarwal has denied media reports that she would make a special appearance in an item number in megastar Mammootty's Malayalam film Doubles, directed by debutant Sohan Seenulal. However, the actress confirmed that she was approached by the director.
"I was approached by the director Sohan of Mammootty's Doubles to do a song but due to personal reasons, I politely refused. Now I see baseless news about me in the film in media and Internet sites," she was quoted as saying. The actress, who is currently acting inVaanam, also said that she looking for meaty roles rather than special appearances.
