Saguni's heroine: It is not Anushka or Shriya

Actress Pranitha made her debut in Tamil with Udhayan opposite Arulnidhi. It looks like Pranitha's prayers have been answered, because she is going to be Karthi's heroine in Saguni. Karthi's last film Siruthai was a smash hit, and he has been waiting patiently for a good script to follow it up. Debutant Shankar Dayal impressed him with Saguni and Karthi agreed to do it. There was talk that Shriya Saran or Anushka would be the heroine but Pranitha has been finalized.
