The first film produced by AR Murugadoss in association with the Hollywood studio Twentieth Century Fox has just had a casting hiccup. The film directed by a former associate of Murugadoss, Saravanan that started shooting from December 15 is now jolted as two of its main characters have walked out of the film.
First 'Kalavani' Vimal who was to play the second lead to Jai decided to let the film go. Then the important heroine Amala Paul also decided to leave the film for her own reasons. While Vimal has been replaced with the Telugu actor Sarvanand, Amala Paul's replacement is difficult to come by.
Though Vimal and Amala walked out of AR Murugadoss' film unplanned and with no common interests they have however ended up with a film directed by Pandiraj.
The award winning director has signed Vimal and Amala Paul for his next film which is again a village subject. The yet to be titled film is the third film for Pandiraj after the absorbing 'Vamsam’.
Is there anything called fate? Might as well check with Vimal and Amala.
